The quality defects of the tread rolling under building process for all-steel truck and bus radial tire were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were proposed.On the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the building equipment,measures such as optimizing the structure of calendering cable board and establishing the standard for controlling the Mooney viscosity of the compound for 0° belt,and optimizing the tread rolling process under building process were taken to solve the problems of rubber edge debris on the shoulder,X-ray bubbles in the tread,and 0° belt scattering,which could effectively improve the quality of the tire. |
