对比研究5种填料在轿车子午线轮胎气密层胶中的应用效果。结果表明:轻质碳酸钙填充胶料的t5 最短,硫化胶的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)最高;白炭黑填充胶料的门尼粘度最大,t90最短,硫化胶的300%定伸应力、补强因数和撕裂强度最大,Tg最低;强威粉填充胶料的门尼粘度最小,硫化胶的损耗因子(tanδ)最大;绢母云粉填充硫化胶的密度和回弹值最大,耐屈挠性能最差;空气阻止剂填充胶料60 ℃时的tanδ最小;轻质碳酸钙和空气阻止剂填充胶料的气密性较好。 |

The application of five kinds of fillers in the inner liner compound of passenger car radial tire was comparative studied.The results showed that the t5 of the compound filled with lightweight calcium carbonate was the shortest,and the glass transition temperature(Tg) of the vulcanizate was the highest.The Mooney viscosity of the compound filled with silica was the highest,the t90 was the shortest,the modulus at 300%,reinforcement factor and tear strength of the vulcanizate were the highest,and the Tg was the lowest.The Mooney viscosity of the compound filled with Qiangwei powder was the smallest,and the loss factor(tanδ) of the vulcanizate was the largest.The density and rebound value of the vulcanizate filled with muscovite powder were the highest,and the flexural resistance was the worst.The tanδ of the compound filled with air blocking agent was the lowest at 60 ℃.The air tightness of the compound filled lightweight calcium carbonate and air blocking agent was better. |
