      研究进口氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)C1139在轿车子午线轮胎气密层胶中的应用。结果表明:与国产CIIR胶料相比,CIIR C1139胶料的硫化效率较高,拉伸性能较好,气密性、动态力学性能和耐屈挠性能相当;采用CIIR C1139胶料的成品轮胎的高速和耐久性能符合国家标准要求;CIIR C1139具有成本优势,可以与国产CIIR替换使用。
英文摘要:
      The application of imported chlorinated butyl rubber(CIIR) C1139 in the inner liner compound of passenger car radial tire was investigated.The results showed that compared with domestic CIIR compound,the vulcanization efficiency of the CIIR C1139 compound was higher and tensile performance was better,the airtightness,dynamic mechanical properties and flexural resistance were comparable.The high-speed performance and durability of the finished tire using CIIR C1139 compound met the requirements of national standards.CIIR C1139 had a cost advantage and could be replaced with domestic CIIR.
