| 分析和研究高强度、高尺寸稳定性1110dtex/2 E130聚酯帘线的性能及其在电动汽车轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明,相对常规聚酯帘线,1110dtex/2 E130聚酯帘线具有较高的模量、强力、尺寸稳定性、耐疲劳性能及较低的蠕变率。胎体采用1110dtex/2 E130聚酯帘线的轮胎的能耗、噪声降低,制动距离缩短,满足动电汽车的要求。 |

| The properties of high-strength and high dimensional stability 1110dtex/2 E130 polyester cord and its application in carcass of electric vehicle tire was studied.The results showed that compared to conventional polyester cord,1110dtex/2 E130 polyester cord had higher modulus,strength,dimensional stability,fatigue resistance,and lower creep rate.Using 1110dtex/2 E130 polyester cord in tire carcass could reduce energy consumption and noise,shorten braking distance,and meet the requirements of electric vehicles. |
