介绍自修复轮胎的研究现状及发展趋势。自修复轮胎通过高分子复合材料快速填充轮胎受损部位,达到自愈合,在安全、成本、环保及节省汽车空间等方面存在优势;但自修复轮胎技术仍面临修复材料的长期稳定性、修复效果的持久性以及修复机制的可靠性等诸多挑战;随着汽车工业、轮胎工业及市场需求的发展,自修复轮胎的市场前景较广阔,各轮胎制造商及汽车制造商积极推动自修复轮胎的研究,应在材料、数字化技术及制造技术方面等进行创新。 |

The current research status and development trends of self-healing tires was introduced.Self-healing tires used polymer composite materials to quickly fill damaged areas of the tire,achieving self-healing,which had advantages in safety,cost,environment protection and saving vehicle space.However,self-healing tire technology still faced many challenges,such as the long-term stability of repair materials,the durability of repair effects,and the reliability of repair mechanism.With the development of the automotive industry,tire industry and market demand,the market prospects for self-healing tires would be relatively broad.Tire manufacturers and automobile manufacturers actively promoted research on self-healing tires and should innovate in materials,digital technologies and manufacturing technologies. |
