| 介绍ST225/75R15全钢挂车特种专用轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 710 mm，断面宽 220 mm，行驶面宽度 180 mm，胎圈着合直径 379 mm，采用挂车轮胎专用花纹，花纹深度 9 mm，花纹饱和度 74.7%，花纹周节数 63。施工设计：胎面采用波浪形设计，1#和2#带束层采用4＋3×0.33ST钢丝帘线，胎体采用3＋8×22ST钢丝帘线，采用两鼓一次法成型机成型、热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相应的设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design on ST225/75R15 all-steel trailer special tire was introduced.In the structural design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 710 mm，cross-section width 220 mm，width of running surface 180 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 379 mm，adopting trailer tire special patterns，pattern depth 9 mm，block/total ratio 74.7%，and number of pattern pitches 63.In the construction design，the following parameters were taken：adopting wave shape design for tread，4＋3×0.33ST steel cord for 1# and 2# belt，3＋8×22ST steel cord for carcass，using two-drum one-stage building machine to build tires and hot plate press to cure tires.The finished tire performance test results showed that the inflated peripheral dimension，strength，high-speed performance and durability all met the corresponding design and national standards. |
