| The causes of carcass delamination defects in all-steel light truck radial tire were analyzed，and the corresponding solutions were proposed.By using thicker appex，adjusting the curve of the building drum edge to make it smoother，and using 1＋5×0.18ST steel cord with lower bending stiffness for carcass，no batch of carcass delamination defects occurred，and the improvement effect was significant. |
