      介绍高驱动性能315/80R22.5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 093 mm,断面宽 314 mm,行驶面宽度 275 mm,弧度高 7.585 7 mm,胎圈着合直径 570.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 240.8 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.91,胎面采用泥地+雪地花纹,花纹深度 24 mm,花纹饱和度 66.41%,花纹周节数 54。施工设计:采用双复合胎面,1#和2#带束层采用0.37+6×0.32ST钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用由3根3×0.7×0.20HE钢丝帘线压延成的冠带条围绕2#带束层进行缠绕,3#带束层采用5×5.30HI钢丝帘线,胎体采用0.22+6+11×0.205ST钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型、双模蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和胎圈耐久性能均满足相应设计和标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on high drive performance 315/80R22.5 tubeless all-steel truck and bus radial tire was introduced. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 093 mm,cross-section width 314 mm,width of running surface 275 mm,arc height of running surface 7.585 7 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 570.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 240.8 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.91,using mud+snow pattern for tread,pattern depth 24 mm,block/total ratio 66.41%,and number of pattern pitches 54. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using double compound tread,0.37+6×0.32ST steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,3×0.7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt made from 3 piece of steel cord calendered crown strip wrapping around 2# belt,5×5.30HI steel cord for 3# belt,0.22+6+11×0.205ST steel cord for carcass,using one stage building machine to build tire and dual mold steam press to cure tire.The performance test results of the finished tire showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,durability performance,and bead durability performance of the tire met the corresponding design and standard requirements.
