研究国产星形支化溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)2302S在全钢子午线轮胎气密层中的应用。结果表明:在气密层中用BIIR2302S等量替代BIIR2302,胶料的门尼粘度降低,焦烧时间延长,加工性能提升,物理性能略有降低,气密性能在常温时提高明显、高温时相当,Payne效应和60℃时的损耗因子(tanδ)减小,成品轮胎的耐久性能提高;BIIR2302S等量替代BIIR2302的同时环烷油用量减小2份,胶料的加工性能变化不大,硫化胶的物理性能相当,气密性能进一步提高,Payne效应和60℃时的tanδ进一步减小。 |

The application of domestic star branched brominated butyl rubber(BIIR) 2302S in the inner liner of all-steel radial tires.The results showed that replacing BIIR2302 with BIIR2302S in the inner liner compound,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased,the scorch time extended,the processing performance was improved,and physical properties slightly decreased,the air tightness performancee
was improved significantly at room temperature and was quite at high temperature,the Payne effect and the loss factor(tanδ) at 60 ℃ was reduced,and the durability of the finished tire improved.When BIIR2302S was used to replace BIIR2302 and the amount of cyclic oil used was reduced by 2 phr,the processing performance of the compound did not changed significantly,the physical properties of the vulcanizate were equivalent,and the air tightness performance was further improved,the Payne effect and tanδ at 60 ℃ were further reduced. |
