| This article introduced the workflow，existing problems，and improvement measures of the semi-automatic tire trimming machine with flap.By improving the inlet and outlet roller，setting up an anti- static soft brush device at the trimming station，improving the flap mechanism，and implementing variable frequency control measures for the active roller drive motor，the average trimming time of a single tire had been reduced from 12 s to 8 s，while extended the service life of the equipment and reduced the labor intensity of workers. |
