| 研究硅烷改性液体聚丁二烯橡胶Polyvest EP ST-E 60（简称ST-E 60）在白炭黑填充胎面胶中的应用。结果表明：采用ST-E 60等量替代环烷油，胶料的门尼粘度减小，门尼焦烧时间延长，FL和Fmax 减小，t90缩短，Payne效应减弱，白炭黑的分散性改善；硫化胶的耐磨性能提高，回弹值增大，动态生热降低；在胎面胶配方体系中白炭黑用量越大，ST-E 60对胶料性能的改善效果越明显。 |

| The apread compound was studied.The results showed that using ST-E 60 in equal amounts to replace cyclohexane oil，the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased，Mooney scorch time was prolonged，theFLandFmax were decreased，the t90plication of silane modified liquid polybutadiene rubber Polyvest EP ST-E60（referred to as ST-E60） in the silica filled t was shortened，the Payne effect was weakened，and the dispersibility of silica improved.The wear resistance of the vulcanizate improved，the rebound value increased，and the dynamic heat build-up decreased.The larger the amount of silica used in the tread compound formulation system，the more significant the improvement effect of ST-E60 on the properties of the compound. |
