      对相同结构和花纹设计、不同胎面胶配方的轿车轮胎的雪地制动性能进行对比分析,研究胎面胶性能对轮胎雪地制动性能的影响。结果表明:胎面胶的玻璃化温度(Tg)越低,轮胎的雪地制动性能越好,但若满足Tg低于轮胎使用温度的基本要求,胎面胶的Tg对轮胎雪地制动的影响减弱;损耗因子对轮胎的雪地制动性能影响不大;-20 ℃时胎面胶的复合模量(E*)与轮胎雪地制动性能高度相关,E*越小,轮胎的雪地制动性能越好;低温下胎面胶硬度与轮胎雪地制动性能有一定相关性,总体趋势为低温下胎面胶硬度越低,轮胎雪地制动性能越好,但若将低温下胎面胶硬度控制在一定范围内,其与轮胎雪地制动性能的相关性下降,甚至无相关性。
英文摘要:
      The snow braking performance of passenger car tire with the same structure,pattern design and different tread compound formula was compared and analyzed,and the effect of tread compound properties on snow braking performance of tires was studied.The results showed that the lower the glass transition temperature(Tg) of the tread compound,the better the snow braking performance of the tires.However,if the basic requirement that Tg was lower than the tire service temperature was met,the influence of the Tg of the tread compound on the snow braking of the tire would be weakened.The loss factor had little effect on the snow braking performance of the tire.The complex modulus(E*) of the tread compound at 20 ℃ was highly related to the snow braking performance of the tire,the smaller the E*,the better the snow braking performance of the tire.The hardness of tread compound at low temperature had a certain correlation with the snow braking performance of the tire,the overall trend was that the lower the hardness of tread compound at low temperature,the better the snow braking performance of the tire.However,if the hardness of tread compound at low temperature was controlled within a certain range,its correlation with the snow braking performance of the tire decreased,or even had no correlation.
