      对橡胶轮进行有限元仿真分析,建立同时考虑摩擦生热与滞后生热的热力耦合流程,根据着陆过程中航空轮胎的滑移率随温度变化曲线,研究不同滑移率下橡胶轮的温度场分布规律。结果表明:随着滑移率的减小,橡胶轮接触区表面的温度逐渐降低,橡胶轮内部生热温度分布范围不断扩大,生热温度逐渐升高;在滑移率从0.8减小到0.2的过程中,橡胶轮整体温度场的最高温度出现在外表面接触区,且随着滑移率的减小,橡胶轮的最高温度逐渐降低。
英文摘要:
      The finite element simulation analysis was carried out for the rubber wheel,and a thermal-mechanical coupling process considering friction heat build-up and hysteresis heat build-up was established.According to the curve of slip rate of aircraft tire changing with temperature during landing,the temperature field distribution of the rubber wheel under different slip rates was studied.The results showed that with the decreased of slip rate,the surface temperature of the contact area of the rubber wheel decreased gradually,the distribution range of the heat build-up temperature inside the rubber wheel increased continuously,and the heat build-up temperature increased gradually.In the process of decreasing the slip rate from 0.8 to 0.2,the maximum temperature of the overall temperature field of the rubber wheel appeared in the contact area of the outer surface,and with the decreased of the slip rate,the maximum temperature of the rubber wheel gradually decreased.
