介绍385/95R25工程机械子午线的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 365 mm,断面宽 385 mm,行驶面宽度 320 mm,行驶面弧度高 10 mm,胎圈着合直径 630 mm,胎圈着合宽度 266.7 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.88,胎面花纹采用等节距设计,花纹周节数 50,花纹深度 23 mm,花纹饱和度 65%。施工设计:胎面采用低生热抗切割配方,热喂料、冷喂料双复合挤出,胎体采用3+9+15×0.22W钢丝帘线,1#—3#带束层采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用3×7×0.22HE钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型,单模热板式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、耐久性能均达到设计和相关标准要求。 |

The design on 385/95R25 off-the-road radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 365 mm,cross-sectional width 385 mm,width of running surface 320 mm,arc height of running surface 10 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 630 mm,bead width at rim seat 266.7 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.88,using an equal pitch pattern for tread design,number of pattern pitches 50,pattern depth 23 mm,and block/total ratio 65%.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:low heat build-up and cutting resistace formula for tread compound,with hot and cold feed double composite extrusion,3+9+15×0.22W steel cord for carcass,3+9+15×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for 1#—3# belt,3×7×0.22HE steel cord for 4# belt,using one-stage building machine to build tire,and single mode hot plate curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimention and endurance met the requirements of the design and relevant standards. |
