      研究胎圈着合宽度对7.00R16LT全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎性能的影响。结果表明,与胎圈着合宽度采用标准轮辋宽度设计轮胎相比,着合宽度宽半寸设计轮胎在标准轮辋上装配后胎圈部位内收位移增大,胎圈部位与胎肩部位的应力分布得到平衡,胎肩部位接地压力分布得到较大改善,轮胎耐久性能提升了8%。
英文摘要:
      The effect of bead width at rim seat on the performance of 7.00R16LT all-steel light truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with the tire designed with the standard rim width for the bead width at rim seat,the wider design tire by half-inch for the bead width at rim seat increased the retraction displacement of the bead after being assembled on the standard rim,balanced the stress distribution between the bead and the shoulder,the shoulder contact pressure distribution was greatly improved,and the tire durability increased by 8%.
