| 研究3＋8×0.21ST钢丝帘线在全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明：与3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT钢丝帘线相比，3＋8×0.21ST钢丝帘线的直径和线密度小，粘合性能相当，压延及裁断工艺性能良好；以3＋8×0.21ST钢丝帘线替代3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT钢丝帘线用于7.50R16LT全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎胎体中，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能和耐久性能符合国家标准要求，轮胎的舒适性更好，滚动阻力降低，单胎质量减小，成本降低。 |

| The application of 3＋8×0.21ST steel cord in the carcass of all-steel lightweight truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that，compared with 3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT steel cord，3＋8×0.21ST steel cord had smaller diameter and cord density，the adhesive performance was equivalent，and the rolling and cutting process performances were good.By using 3＋8×0.21ST steel cord to replace 3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT steel cord in the carcass of 7.50R16LT all-steel lightweight truck and bus radial tire，the inflated peripheral dimention，strength，high-speed performance and durability met the requirements of national standards，the comfortability was better，rolling resistance reduced. |
