对轮胎六分力试验机线性数据的监控方法进行了研究。结果表明:在小侧偏角下,暖胎对轮胎侧向力系数(F1)和回正力矩系数(Ta1)的影响不大,采用F1和Ta1监控试验数据时可不用暖胎;采用控制轮胎监控F1和Ta1时,需要考虑轮胎制造工艺偏差、试验机偏差、充气压力偏差和负荷偏差的影响;在小侧偏角下,模拟路面的附着力系数对F1和Ta1的影响不大,在大侧偏角下,需要考虑模拟路面的附着力系数对F1和Ta1的影响;采用本监控方案,可对轮胎六分力试验机线性数据进行监控,判定试验数据的合理性。 |

The monitoring method for linear data of tire forces and moments testing machine was studied.The results showed that under small side slip angles,the effect of warming tire on the lateral force coefficient(F1)and correction moment coefficient(Ta1) was not significant.When using F1 and Ta1 to monitor test data,warming tire was not necessary.When using control tires to monitor F1 and Ta1,it was necessary to consider the influence of tire manufacturing process deviation,testing machine deviation,inflation pressure deviation,and load deviation.Under small side slip angles,the adhesion coefficient of the simulated road surface had little effect on the F1 and Ta1.Under large side slip angles,it was necessary to consider the influence of the adhesion coefficient of the simulated road surface on F1 and Ta1.By using the monitoring scheme,the linear data of the tire forces and moments testing machine could be monitored to determine the rationality of the test data. |
