      介绍355/50R22.5电动公交车专用无内胎宽基低断面全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 932 mm,断面宽 365 mm,行驶面宽度 310 mm,行驶面弧度高 13 mm,胎圈着合直径 571.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 311 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.85,胎面花纹采用4条曲折主花纹沟,变节距设计,花纹深度 18 mm,花纹饱和度 80%,花纹周节数 54。施工设计:胎面和胎侧均采用三复合结构;胎体采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,带束层采用3层带束层+0°冠带层设计,1#和2#带束层采用3+8×0.33ST钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线,0°冠带层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线;采用三鼓一次法缠绕成型机成型,热板式硫化机低温硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合国家标准要求,高速性能、滚动阻力和接地印痕符合企业标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 355/50R22.5 tubeless wide base low profile truck and bus radial tire for electric bus was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 932 mm,cross-sectional width 365 mm,width of running surface 310 mm,arc height of running surface 13 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 571.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 311 mm,and maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2) 0.85.The tread adopted four zigzag main groove patterns,pattern depth 18 mm,block/total ratio 80%,and number of pattern pitches 54.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:the tread and sidewall adopted three-component composite structure,carcass adopted 3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord,belt adopted 3 layers belt+0° cap ply design,using 3+8×0.33ST steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,5×0.35HI steel cord for 3# belt,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° cap ply.Three-drum single-stage winding building machine was used to build tire and hot plate vulcanizing press was used to cure tire under low temperture.The test results of finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimention,strength and durability met the requirements of national standards,the high-speed performance,rolling resistance and footprint met the requirements of ernterprise standards.
