      研究新型硅烷偶联剂在轿车子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:新型硅烷偶联剂的硫含量与硅烷偶联剂Si75接近,硫分布与硅烷偶联剂Si69接近;与采用硅烷偶联剂Si75的胶料相比,采用新型硅烷偶联剂的胶料的硫化效率相对较高,但加工安全性相对较差,胶料的物理性能相当,滞后损失较低,有利于降低胎面胶的滚动阻力,提高轮胎综合性能。
英文摘要:
      The application of a new silane coupling agent in the tread compound of passenger car radial tire was studied.The results showed that the sulfur content of the new silane coupling agent was close to that of silane coupling agent Si75,and the sulfur distribution was close to that of silane coupling agent Si69.Compared with the compound using silane coupling agent Si75,the compound using new silane coupling agent had higher curing efficiency,but its processing safety was relatively poor,the physical properties was equivalent,and the hysteresis loss was lower,which was conducive to reducing rolling resistance of tread compound and improving the comprehensive performance of the tire.
