| 研究2＋7×0.35ST钢丝帘线在中短途全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明：与3＋8×0.33HT钢丝帘线相比，2＋7×0.35ST钢丝帘线的线密度减小8%，直径和破断力基本一致，渗胶性能和粘合力提高；以2＋7×0.35ST钢丝帘线代替3＋8×0.33HT钢丝帘线用于中短途全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中，成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸符合国家标准要求，强度性能和耐久性能提高，实际装车路试轮胎肩空病象明显减少。 |

| The application of 2＋7×0.35ST steel cord in the belt of middle and short distance truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with 3＋8×0.33HT steel cord，the linear density of 2＋7×0.35ST steel cord was reduced by 8%，the diameter and breaking force were similar，the compound penetration property and adhesion were improved.By using 2＋7×0.35ST steel cord to replace 3＋8×0.33HT steel cord in the belt of middle and short distance truck and bus radial tire，the inflated peripheral dimension of the finished tire met the requirements of national standard，the strength perfermance and durability were improved，and the shoulder separation problem in actual use was reduced significantly. |
