研究单层内衬层结构在轿车子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明:与传统的双层内衬层结构设计相比,单层内衬层的挤出、成型及硫化生产工艺稳定,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、脱圈阻力、高速性能和耐久性能相当,滚动阻力略有减小,气密性略有降低,满足轮胎使用要求,同时可减小轮胎质量,节约生产成本。 |

The application of single-layer inner liner structure in passenger car radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with the traditional double-layer inner liner structure design,the extrusion,building and vulcanization production process of the single-layer inner liner was stable,the inflated peripheral dimention,strength,bead unseating resistance,high-speed performance and durability of the finished tire were equivalent,the rolling resistance slightly decreased,the air tightness slightly reduced,which could meet the requirements of tire use,meanwhile the tire mass was reduced and the production cost was saved. |
