介绍215/75R16LT 12PR全钢子午线轮胎的结构设计要点。从强度、耐疲劳性能、耐磨性能和弯曲刚度等方面综合考虑选择胎体钢丝帘线;通过理论计算确定成型鼓宽度和钢丝圈绕盘直径;对内衬层厚度和帘布反包高度等结构参数进行调整,最终确定设计方案。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、脱圈阻力、高速性能、耐久性能及低气压耐久性能均满足国家标准要求,自定义耐久性能和滚动阻力性能比同规格聚酯半钢子午线轮胎有一定优势。 |

The key points of structure design on 215/75R16LT 12PR all-steel radial tire were introduced.The steel cord of carcass was comprehensively selected from the aspects of strength,fatigue resistance,wear resistance,and bending stiffness.The width of the building drum and the diameter of the steel wire coil were determined through theoretical calculation.Adjusting the structural parameters such as the thickness of the inner liner and turn-up height of the cord fabric,the design scheme was finally determined.The test results of finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,bead unseating resistance,high-speed performance,durability,and low air pressure durability of tire all met the requirements of national standards,and it had certain advantages at the customized durability and rolling resistance performance over polyester steel-belted radial tire with the same specification. |
