中文摘要:
      对航空子午线轮胎胎侧胶配方进行优化设计。试验结果表明:胎侧胶优选配方为天然橡胶 65,顺丁橡胶 35,炭黑N375 50,增粘树脂Koresin 2,防老剂 5.5,不溶性硫黄 1.8,促进剂TBBS 0.8,其他 8.7;与生产配方胶料相比,试验配方胶料的门尼焦烧时间延长,加工安全性和抗硫化返原性能提高,硫化胶的密度减小,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度增大,耐低温和耐屈挠性能提高;成品轮胎的导电性能达到相关标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The sidewall compound formula of aviation radial tire was optimized.The test results showed that the optimum formula of sidewall compound was:natural rubber 65,cis-polybutadiene rubber 35,carbon black N375 50,tackifying resin Koresin 2,antioxidant 5.5,insoluble sulfur 1.8,accelerator TBBS 0.8 and others 8.7.Compared with the production formula compound,the Mooney scorch time of the test formula compound was prolonged,the processing safety and anti-reversion properties were improved.The density of the vulcanizate was decreased,the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength were increased,the low temperature resistance and flexural resistance were improved.The conductivity of the finished tire met the requirements of relevant standards.
