      研究带束层材料、带束层角度、三角胶高度和有无冠带层4种结构因素对轮胎模态和力传递特性的影响。结果表明:不同的带束层材料有不同的隔振性能;带束层角度与刚体模态频率呈正相关,但对空腔模态频率几乎无影响,带束层角度与轮胎力传递率呈正相关;三角胶高度与刚体模态频率呈正相关,但对空腔频率几乎无影响,三角胶高度与径向空腔及横向力传递率呈负相关;有无冠带层对轮胎模态频率影响较大,有冠带层轮胎比无冠带层轮胎径向模态频率大,且高阶模态更容易受其影响,而有无冠带层对横向刚体模态频率的影响呈负相关,有无冠带层与径向1阶和径向空腔力传递率呈正相关,与横向1阶力传递率呈负相关。
英文摘要:
      The influences of belt material,belt angle,apex height,presence or absence crown ply on tire modal and force transfer characteristics were studied.The results showed that different belt materials had different vibration isolation performance.The belt angle was positively correlated with the rigid body modal frequency,but had little effect on the cavity modal frequency.The belt angle was positively correlated with the tire force transmission rate.The apex height was positively correlated with the rigid body modal frequency,but had little effect on the cavity frequency.The apex height was negatively correlated with the radial cavity and the lateral force transmission rate.The presence or absence crown ply had a greater impact on the tire modal frequency,the radial modal frequency of tire with crown ply was bigger than that of tire without crown ply,and the higher-order mode was more susceptible to its impact,while the impact of presence or absence crown ply on the transverse rigid body modal frequency was negatively correlated.The presence or absence crown ply was positively correlated with the radial one-order and the radial cavity force transmission rate,and negatively correlated with the transverse one-order force transmission rate.
