      以马来西亚和泰国产的20#标准天然橡胶(分别记为1#和2#NR)为例,对其理化性能与加工性能之间的关系进行研究。结果表明:1#和2#NR生胶的挥发分含量和灰分含量基本一致;1#NR混炼胶的门尼粘度明显低于2#NR混炼胶,而1#NR生胶的门尼粘度高于2#NR生胶,表明NR的门尼粘度不能准确反映NR在混炼过程中的加工性能,还必须结合塑性保持率分析;1#和2#NR的混炼胶的佩恩效应相差不大,表明填料在2种NR中分散性一致,且添加塑解剂有利于填料在橡胶基体中的分散;在胎面胶门尼粘度相近的情况下,1#NR混炼胶的包辊性能明显优于2#NR混炼胶,但1#NR混炼胶的挤出后收缩性略差、两种胎面胶挤出质量均较好。

      Taking the 20# standard natural rubber(NR) produced in Malaysia and Thailand (respectively recorded as 1# and 2# NR) as an example,the relationship between its physicochemical property and processing properties was studied. The results showed that,the volatile content and ash content of 1# and 2#NR raw rubber were basically the same. The Mooney viscosity of the 1#NR compound was significantly lower than that of the 2#NR compound,while the Mooney viscosity of the 1#NR raw rubber was higher than that of the 2#NR raw rubber,it showed that the Mooney viscosity of NR could not accurately reflect the processing property of NR in the process of mixing,and must also be analyzed in conjunction with the plasticity retention rate. The Payne effect of the 1# and 2#NR compounds was not much different,indicating that the fillers had the same dispersibility in the two NR,and the addition of peptizers to the NR was beneficial to the dispersion of filler in the rubber matrix. When the Mooney viscosity of the tread compound was similar,the wrapping performance of the 1#NR compound was obviously better than that of the 2#NR compound,but the shrinkage of the 1# NR compound after extrusion was slightly worse,the extrusion quality of the two tread compound were good.
