| 研究共混橡胶门尼粘度均一化对橡胶共混物性能的影响。结果表明，在不改变配方的前提下，通过对橡胶分别进行塑炼，减小了各橡胶的门尼粘度差异，改善了共混物中橡胶相的相容性，从而提高了共混物的综合性能：胶料的门尼粘度降低，加工性能提高；胶料的Payne效应减弱，填料分散性显著提高；硫化胶的损耗因子峰峰值增大，拉伸性能显著提升。 |

| The effect of Mooney viscosity homogenization of blended rubber on the properties of rubber blend was studied.The results showed that，without changing the formula，by rubber plasticizing separately，the difference in Mooney viscosity of each rubber was reduced，the compatibility of the rubber phase in the blend was improved，so that the comprehesive properties of the blend was improved，i.e.the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased and the processability increased，the Payne effect of the compound was weakened and the dispersion of the filler was significantly improved，the loss factor peak value of the vulcanizate increased and the tensile property was significantly improved. |
