| 研究Mono Wire 0.35UT钢丝帘线在轿车子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明：与2×0.30ST钢丝帘线相比，Mono Wire 0.35UT钢丝帘线的直径和破断力减小，粘合性能稳定性更优；以Mono Wire 0.35UT钢丝帘线替代2×0.30ST钢丝帘线用于205/55R16轿车子午线轮胎带束层中，成品轮胎的质量减小，滚动阻力降低，压穿强度、脱圈阻力、高速性能和耐久性能相近，成品钢丝帘线湿热老化后的剥离力提高。 |

| The application of mono wire 0.35UT steel cord in the belt of passenger car radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with 2×0.30ST steel cord，the diameter and breaking force of mono wire 0.35UT steel cord were decreased and the stability of adhesion was better.Using Mono Wire 0.35UT steel cord instead of 2×0.30ST steel cord in the belt of 205/55R16 passenger car radial tire，the quality of the finished tire was reduced，the rolling resistance was decreased，the puncture strength，bead unseating resistance，high-speed performance and durability were similar，and the release force of steel cord in finished tire after wet and heat aging was improved. |
