中文摘要:
      研究新型防老剂H37的制备及其在半钢子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:与防老剂4020胶料相比,防老剂H37胶料的门尼焦烧时间延长,硫化速度加快,物理性能相当;在动态臭氧环境下,防老剂H37的抗变色性能优于防老剂4020,但抗龟裂性能差;在静态臭氧环境下,防老剂H37的抗变色性能优于防老剂4020,两种防老剂的抗龟裂性能相当;当防老剂H37/4020用量比为2/1时,可避免防老剂4020变色严重和防老剂H37抗龟裂性能差的问题。
英文摘要:
      The preparation of new antioxidant H37 and its application in the sidewall compound of steel-belted radial tire were studied.The results showed that compared with the antioxidant 4020 compound,the Mooney scorch time of the antioxidant H37 compound was extended,the curing speed was faster and the physical properties were similar.Under the dynamic ozone environment,the anti tarnish performance of antioxidant H37 was better than that of antioxidant 4020,but the anti cracking performance was poor.Under static ozone environment,the anti tarnish performance of antioxidant H37 was better than that of antioxidant 4020,and the anti cracking properties of the two antioxidants were equivalent.When the dosage ratio of antioxidant H37/4020 was 2/1,the problem of severe discoloration of antioxidant 4020 and poor anti cracking performance of antioxidant H37 could be avoided.
