通过对某款具有代表性的超跑使用轮胎进行全面分析,得出超高速轮胎的设计开发理念和方向。超高速轮胎花纹采用非对称设计,最大限度地提升外侧花纹的刚性,增大接地面积;节距尺寸和排列采用内、外侧区分设计;轮廓采用大尺寸设计,胎面轮廓呈现平直的形象;接地印痕采用矩形化的设计;胎体可采用双层普通胎体或者单层加强胎体;三角胶的高度和厚度以及胎圈钢丝均按照加强设计。 |

Through a comprehensive analysis of a representative super-running using tire,the design and development concept and direction of the super-high-speed tire were obtained.The super-high-speed tire pattern adopted asymmetric design to maximize the rigidity of the outer pattern and increase the ground contact area.The pitch size and arrangement were designed to distinguish between the inner and outer sides.The profile adopted a large-size design,and the tread profile presented a straight image.The footprint adopted a rectangular design.The carcass could be a double-layer ordinary carcass or a single-layer reinforced carcass.The height and thickness of the apex and the bead wire were all designed according to the reinforcement design. |
