| 介绍235/65R16C 121/119R 10PR VAN类车辆全天候子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 710 mm，断面宽 250 mm，行驶面宽度 190 mm，行驶面弧度高 10.31 mm，胎圈着合直径 404.6 mm，胎圈着合宽度 203 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 1.0，胎面采用单导向花纹设计，花纹深度 9.7 mm，花纹周节数 60，花纹饱和度 65.1%，胎侧增加防撞击能量条设计。施工设计：胎面采用三复合结构，胎体采用2层2200dtex/2聚酯浸胶帘布，带束层采用3×0.20＋6×0.35HT钢丝帘线，采用二次法成型机成型，双模热板式B型液压硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能和耐久性能均达到相应设计和企业标准要求。 |

| The design on 235/65R16C 121/119R 10PR all-season radial tire for VAN type vehicle was introduced.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 710 mm，cross-section width 250 mm，width of running surface 190 mm，arc height of running surface 10.31 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 404.6 mm，bead width at rim seat 203 mm，maximum width position of cross section（H1/H2） 1.0，using single oriented pattern design，pattern depth 9.7 mm，number of pattern pitches 60，and block/total ratio 65.1%，adding anti-collision energy strip design for sidewall.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：using three composite structure for tread，two layers of 2200dtex/2 polyester dipped fabric for carcass，3×0.20＋6×0.35HT steel cords for belt，using two-stage building machine to build tire and dual-mode hot plate B type hydraulic curing press to cure tire.The test results of finished tire showed that the inflation peripheral dimension，strength performance，high-speed performance and durability of the tire met the requirements of the corresponding design and enterprise standards. |
