研究树脂硫化体系在溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)/再生丁基橡胶(RIIR)/天然橡胶(NR)并用气密层胶中的应用。结果表明:气密层胶配方以BIIR为主体,并用50份以上的RIIR和少量的NR时,与传统硫化体系相比,树脂硫化体系可达到较好的共硫化效果,气密层胶硫化平坦性、充模流动性和物理性能优异,耐高温降解能力强;在适当减小增粘树脂用量的情况下,使用树脂硫化体系生产的胎坯内衬层部件的成型接头仍可获得良好的粘性;成品轮胎气密层气密性良好。 |

The application of resin curing system in the brominated butyl rubber(BIIR)/reclaimed butyl rubber(RIIR)/natural rubber(NR)blend inner liner compound was studied.The results showed that when BIIR was used as the main formulation of the inner liner compound,more than 50 phr of RIIR and a small amount of NR were used,compared with the traditional curing system,the resin curing system could achieve better covulcanization effect,and the inner liner compound had excellent vulcanization flatness,mold filling fluidity and physical properties,and good high temperature degradation resistance.Reducing the amount of tackifying resin appropriately,the formed joint of the green tire inner liner produced by the resin curing system could still obtain good viscosity,and the air tightness of the finished tire inner liner was good. |
