介绍LT265/70R17 121/118Q 10PR MT半钢子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 804 mm,断面宽 268 mm,行驶面宽度 206 mm,行驶面弧度高 10.8 mm,胎圈着合直径 435.2 mm,胎圈着合宽度 228.6 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.932。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,冠带层采用2层1400dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布,带束层采用2层2+7×0.28HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用1670dtex/2-100EPD高模量低收缩聚酯帘线,采用二次法成型机成型、B型液压硫化机和氮气硫化工艺硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合设计要求。 |

The design on LT265/70R17 121/118Q 10PR MT steel-belted radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?804 mm,cross-sectional width?268 mm,width of running surface 206 mm,arc height of running surface 10.8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?435.2 mm,bead width at rim seat?228.6 mm,maximum width position of cross–section
(H1/H2)?0.932.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using three-formula and four-piece structur for tread,two layers of 1400dtex/2 nylon 66 dipped cord fabric for crown and two layers of 2+7×0.28HT steel cord for belt,1670dtex/2-100EPD high modulus and low shrinkage polyester cord for carcass,and using the two-stage building machine to build tire,B-type hydraulic vulcanizing machine and nitrogen vulcanization process to cure tire.The test results of finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimention,strength performance, durability and high-speed performance of the tire met the requirements of design. |
