| 研究0.16＋5×0.205＋9×0.215CCST新型钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明：以0.16＋5×0.205＋9×0.235CCST钢丝帘线替代0.17＋5×0.215＋10×0.235CCST钢丝帘线用于12R22.5 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体，钢丝帘线的渗胶性能提高，刚度有所下降；成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能及耐久性能均满足企业标准要求，同时可减小钢丝帘布厚度和质量，降低轮胎的生产成本。 |

| The applicaiton of 0.16＋5×0.205＋9×0.215CCST new type steel cord in truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that using 0.16＋5×0.205＋9×0.235CCST steel cord to replace 0.17＋5×0.215＋10×0.235CCST steel cord in the carcass of 12R22.5 18PR truck and bus radial tire，the compound permeability of the steel cord was improved，and the stiffness was decreased.The peripheral dimension，strength，high-speed performance and endurance of the finished tire met the requirement of enterprise standards，and the thick and weight of the fabric was decreased，the production cost of the tire was reduced. |
