对缺气保用半钢子午线轮胎生产过程中产生的胎里气泡问题进行原因分析,并提出相应的解决措施。通过增加一段成型鼓支撑胶凹槽设计,增大内衬层和支撑胶粘性,增加支撑胶张力压合装置、导开浮动辊调节装置和支撑胶刺孔装置,有效解决了缺气保用半钢子午线轮胎的胎里气泡问题。 |

The causes of bubble problem in run-flat steel-belted radial tire during the production was analyzed,and the corresponding measures were put forward.By adding groove design of one-stage building drum for support compound,increasing the viscosity of inner liner and support compound,setting the tension pressing device and leading-off floating roller adjusting device of the support compound,and setting the pricking device of the support compound,the bubble problem in run-flat steel-belted radial tire was effectively solved. |
