      利用有限元分析方法对轮胎胎圈部位进行静态加载分析。结果表明:相对于六边形钢丝圈,矩形钢丝圈的转动角度明显减小,矩形钢丝圈轮辋与轮胎之间的最大接触应力略微增大,对气密性有利;相对于矩形钢丝圈,六边形钢丝圈与轮辋的接触受力更加均匀,对胎圈性能提升有利。根据轮胎的使用条件、整体性能、成本和市场等因素合理选择钢丝圈结构,可以提升轮胎的使用性能和安全性。
英文摘要:
      The static loading analysis of tire bead was carried out by using the finite element analysis method.The results showed that the rotation angle of rectangular bead ring was obviously smaller than that of hexagonal bead ring,and the maximum contact stress between rectangular bead ring rim and tire increased slightly,which was beneficial to air tightness.Compared with the rectangular bead ring,the contact force between the hexagonal bead ring and the rim was more uniform,which was beneficial to the improvement of bead performance.The use performance and safety performance of tires could be improved by reasonably selecting the bead ring structure according to the service conditions,overall performance,cost and market of tires.
