研究硅格粉在全钢子午线轮胎胎圈护胶中的应用。结果表明:与生产配方胶料相比,试验配方胶料的Fmax-FL减小,表明硅格粉替代部分炭黑的胶料形成的交联网络较差;试验配方硫化胶的拉伸强度、50%和100%定伸应力及邵尔A型硬度下降;热空气老化后,试验配方硫化胶的50%和100%定伸应力变化率小,有利于解决胎圈护胶在后期硬化快,导致发脆、掉块病象;高温下硫化胶的100%定伸应力保持率提升,有利于胎圈在高温下的刚性支撑;试验配方硫化胶60 ℃时的损耗因子显著降低,可降低生热。 |

The application of silica lattice powder in the bead compound of all-steel radial tire was studied. The results showed that,compared with the production formula,the Fmax - FL of the test formula decreased,indicating that the cross-linked network formed by the silica lattice powder replacing part of the carbon black was poor. The tensile strength,50% and 100% elongation at break and Shore A hardness of the test formulation vulcanizates decreased. After hot air aging,the change rate of 50% and 100% elongation at break of the vulcanizate of the test formula was small,which was beneficial to solve the problem of fast hardening of the bead compound in the later stage,resulting in brittleness and block loss. The 100% retention rate of vulcanizate at high temperature was improved,which was conducive to rigid support at high temperature. The loss factor of the test formulation vulcanizate at 60 ℃ was significantly reduced,which could reduce the heat build-up. |
