研究非结构因素对半钢子午线轮胎模态特性的影响。结果表明:轮胎各阶固有频率与温度呈负相关,空腔模态频率与温度呈正相关;装配轮辋与轮胎一阶固有频率相关,对高阶弹性体模态影响不大;中心约束后轮胎一阶固有频率明显降低,对高阶弹性体模态影响不大;测点位置及数量对轮胎各阶固有频率影响不大,要获得准确的高阶模态振型,应选择合适的测点数量;充气压力与轮胎各阶固有频率呈正相关,且越高阶模态受充气压力影响越大。 |

The effect of non-structural factors on modal characteristics of steel-belted radial tire was studied.The results showed that,the natural frequency of each order of the tire was negatively correlated with the temperature,and the cavity modal frequency was positively correlated with the temperature.The natural frequency of the first order of the tire was correlated with the assembly rim,which had little effect on the high order elastomer modality.After the center was fixed,the natural frequency of the first order of the tire was decreased obviously,which had little effect on the high order elastomer modality.The position and number of measuring points had little effect on the natural frequency of each order of the tire.In order to obtain an accurate high order modal mode shape,an appropriate number of measuring points should be selected.The inflation pressure was positively correlated with the natural frequencies of each order of the tire,and the higher order modal were,the greater the influence of the inflation pressure was. |
