| 介绍12R22.5 18PR长途型全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计开发。根据技术标准，参考相关产品确定结构设计参数如下：外直径 1 082.6 mm，断面宽 294 mm，行驶面宽度 240 mm，行驶面弧度高 6.5 mm，胎圈着合直径 596.5 mm，胎圈着合宽度 241 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.762 7，胎面花纹采用4条直沟、沟壁变角度设计，花纹深度 16.5 mm，花纹饱和度 80%，花纹周节数 102。施工设计：胎面使用高耐磨胎面胶和低生热基部胶分层设计，1#和4#带束层采用4＋3×0.33ST钢丝帘线，2#和3#带束层采用3＋8×0.33ST钢丝帘线，胎体采用0.25＋6＋12×0.225HT钢丝帘线。采用一次法成型机成型，蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎室内性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均满足相应设计和标准要求，综合性能优异。装车路试验证表明，轮胎磨耗均匀，行驶性能优异，预计行驶里程在40万km以上，满足用户需求。 |

| The design and development of 12R22.5 18PR long-haul truck and bus radial tire were introduced.According to the technical standards and referring to relevant products，the structural design parameters were determined as follows：overall diameter 1 082.6 mm，cross-section width 294 mm，width of running surface 240 mm，arc height of running surface 6.5 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 596.5 mm，bead width at rim seat 241 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2） 0.762 7，4 straight grooves and variable angle design of groove wall for tread pattern，pattern depth 16.5 mm，block/total ratio 80%，and number of pattern pitches 102.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：layered design with high wear-resistant tread compound and low heat build-up base compound for tread，4＋3×0.33ST steel cord for 1# and 4# belt，3＋8×0.33ST steel cord for 2# and 3# belt，0.25＋6＋12×0.225HT steel cord for carcass，using one stage building machine to build tire and steam press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the indoor tests of the finished tire that，the inflated peripheral dimension，strength，endurance and high speed performance met the requirements of corresponding design and standards.The verification of road test showed that the tire wear was uniform，the driving performance was excellent，the estimated driving mileage was more than 400 000 km，which met the needs of users. |
