针对轮胎活络模花纹块表面复杂的几何设计,传统手段已经无法满足轮胎模具的检测要求。采用手持式激光扫描仪获取活络块成型表面的点云数据,在Geomagic Qualify软件中对点云数据进行有效处理,通过测量和比对分析判断活络块模具的变形和磨损程度,从而达到模具检测的目的。本工作可为解决轮胎模具检测难题提供有效的参考。 |

On account of the complex geometric design of the tread surface of the tire mold,the inspection of tire mold wasn’t satisfied with traditional ways.The point cloud data of the forming surface were obtained by using the hand-held laser scanner,and the point cloud data was processed effectively in the Geomagic Qualify software.The degree of deformation and wear of the block of the tire mold was revealed through measurement and comparative analysis to achieve the purpose of mold inspection.This work could provide an effective reference for solving the difficult problem of tire mold inspection. |
