基于Abaqus软件对12.00R24全钢工程机械轮胎的接地印痕进行优化。通过有限元方法模拟轮胎的接地印痕,并量化表征接地印痕形状,发现带束层角度、宽度和铺设方向对轮胎接地印痕有显著影响,同时实测接地印痕与仿真结果有很好的一致性。通过增大1#带束层角度,同时适当减小2#,3#和4#带束层角度,以及调整带束层的铺设方向,增大了轮胎的接地面积和接地印痕矩形率,改善了轮胎的抗偏磨性能。有限元分析方法可缩短轮胎的研发周期,节约开发成本。 |

Based on Abaqus software,the footprint of 12.00R24 all-steel off-the-road tire was optimized.By simulating the footprint of the tire and quantifying the shape of the footprint using finite element method,it was found that the belt angle,width and laying direction had a significant impact on the tire footprint,and the test footprint was in good agreement with the simulation footprint.By increasing 1# belt angle,appropriately reducing 2#,3# and 4# belt angles and adjusting the laying direction of belt could increase the footprint area and rectangle ratio of tire footprint,so as to improve the eccentric wear resistance of tire.The finite element analysis method could shorten the research and development cycle of tire and save the development cost. |
