      对7.00R16LT轻型载重子午线轮胎采用3种不同的带束层结构进行测试分析,重点研究带束层结构对轮胎滚动阻力和刚度的影响。结果表明:带束层的整体刚度越大,轮胎的滚动阻力系数越小;带束层的总体模量越大,轮胎的横向刚度越大,增加冠带层可以更好地箍紧轮胎,有效减小轮胎的径向变形,从而使横向刚度增大;轮胎纵向刚度越大,滚动阻力系数越小;在负荷和充气压力相同的情况下,带束层模量增大,轮胎下沉量减小。
英文摘要:
      Three different belt structures of 7.00R16LT light truck and bus radial tire were tested and analyzed,focusing on the influence of belt structure on tire rolling resistance and stiffness.The results showed that the greater the overall stiffness of the belt was,the smaller the rolling resistance coefficient of the tire was.The greater the overall modulus of the belt was,the greater the transverse stiffness of the tire was.Adding crown layer could better tighten the tire and effectively reduce the radial deformation of the tire,so as to increase the transverse stiffness.The greater the longitudinal stiffness was,the smaller the rolling resistance coefficient was.When the load and inflation pressure were the same,the greater the belt modulus was,the smaller the tire deflection was.
