| 研究3×0.38ST钢丝帘线在半钢轻型载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明：与2＋2×0.35HT钢丝帘线相比，3×0.38ST钢丝帘线的直径和线密度减小，弯曲刚度增大；在半钢轻型载重子午线轮胎带束层中以3×0.38ST钢丝帘线替代2＋2×0.35HT钢丝帘线，帘布的生产工艺过程稳定，成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、高速性能和耐久性能满足国家标准要求，同时可减小轮胎质量，降低生产成本。 |

| The application of 3×0.38ST steel cord in the belt of steel-belted light truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with 2＋2×0.35HT steel cord，the diameter and linear density of 3×0.38ST steel cord were decreased and the bending stiffness was increased.Using 3×0.38ST steel cord instead of 2＋2×0.35HT steel cord in the belt of steel-belted light truck and bus radial tire，the production process of cord fabric was stable.The inflated peripheral dimension，strength，high-speed performance and durability of the finished tire met the requirements of national standards，while the tire weight and production cost was reduced. |
