研究花纹特性(饱合度及形态)对轮胎滚动阻力的影响。结果表明:轮胎花纹饱和度降低,纵向花纹轮胎的滚动阻力基本保持不变,横向花纹轮胎的滚动阻力持续增大,混合花纹轮胎的滚动阻力先减小后增大;纵向花纹对滚动阻力的贡献相对较低,横向花纹对滚动阻力的贡献较高,混合花纹对滚动阻力的贡献介于横向花纹与纵向花纹之间;低滚动阻力轮胎的花纹饱和度宜在70%左右。 |

The effects of pattern characteristics(block/total ratio and pattern shape) on tire rolling resistance were studied.The results showed that with the decrease of block/total ratio,the rolling resistance of longitudinal pattern tire remained basically unchanged,the rolling resistance of transverse pattern tire continued to increase,and the rolling resistance of mixed pattern tire decreased at first and then increased.The contribution of longitudinal pattern to rolling resistance was relatively lower,the contribution of transverse pattern to rolling resistance was higher,and the contribution of mixed pattern to rolling resistance was between transverse and longitudinal pattern.The block/total ratio of low rolling resistance tire should be about 70%. |
