| 分析不同国产环保塑解剂（P-22，BGP，DPX-1，DPX-3）的成分，研究其对天然橡胶（NR）的塑解效果以及对胶料性能的影响。结果表明：国产环保塑解剂通常由DBD、酞菁铁和其他填料组成，其塑解效果可满足NR的要求；使用国产环保塑解剂的胶料的加工性能、硫化特性和物理性能与使用纯品DBD的胶料相当，但轮胎的滚动阻力略有增大；在低滚动阻力轮胎胎面胶中使用少量塑解剂P-22可以获得较好的滚动阻力性能，考虑到生产成本，可以选用塑解剂BGP或DPX-1替代塑解剂P-22。 |

| The compositions of different domestic environmently friendly plasticizers（P-22，BGP，DPX-1，DPX-3） were analyzed，the effects on natural rubber（NR） plasticizing and the properties of compounds were investigated.The results showed that the domestic environmentally friendly plasticizers were usually composed of DBD，iron（Ⅱ） phthalocyanine and other fillers，and their plasticizing effect met the requirements of NR.The processability，vulcanization characteristics and physical properties of the compounds with domestic environmentlly friendly plasticizers were similar to those of the compound with pure DBD，but the rolling resistance of the tire was slightly increased.Using a small amount of plasticizer P-22 in the tread of low rolling resistance tire could obtain better rolling resistance performance.Considering the production cost，the plasticizer BGP or DPX-1 could be selected to replace the plasticizer P-22. |
