| 研究新开发的半钢子午线轮胎用超低滚动阻力胎面胶配方在电动汽车轮胎中的应用效果。结果表明：与生产胎面胶相比，超低滚动阻力胎面胶的硫化特性相当，弹性和耐磨性能提高，其他物理性能相差不大，抗湿滑性能改善，滚动阻力降低，低温使用性能相当；采用超低滚动阻力胎面胶的电动汽车轮胎的高速性能、耐久性能、强度性能、脱圈阻力均满足国家标准要求，气密性能和电阻抗满足主机厂要求；滚动阻力、通过噪声和抗湿滑指数分别达到R117法规的A，Ⅱ和C级。 |

| The application effect of the newly developed ultra-low rolling resistance tread compound formula for steel-belted radial tire on electric vehicle tire was studied.The results showed that compared with the production tread compound，the vulcanization characteristics of ultra-low rolling resistance tread compound were equivalent，the elasticity and wear resistance were improved，the other physical properties were similar，the wet skid resistance was improved，the rolling resistance was reduced，and the service performance at low temperature was unchanged.The high-speed performance，durability，strength and bead unseating resistance of electric vehicle tires with ultra-low rolling resistance tread rubber met the requirements of national standards，and the air tightness and electrical impedance met the requirements of the main engine factory.The rolling resistance，passing noise and wet skid resistance index reach grade A，Ⅱ and C of R117 regulation respectively. |
