      介绍445/45R19.5超低断面宽基全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。根据有限元仿真分析结果,确定结构设计参数如下:外直径 902 mm,断面宽 436 mm,行驶面宽度 392 mm,行驶面弧度高 13.8 mm,胎圈着合直径 493.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 380 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.94,胎面采用6条纵向花纹沟设计,花纹深度 14 mm,花纹饱和度 81.25%,花纹周节数 52。施工设计:胎面采用耐磨及低滚动阻力胎面胶与低生热基部胶复合胎面设计,胎体采用3+9+15×0.20ST超高强度钢丝帘线,1#,2#和3#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT高强度钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.35HI高抗冲击钢丝帘线。采用一次法胶囊三鼓成型机成型,液压式全自动双模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和强度性能均达到国家标准要求,耐久性能和高速性能达到设计和企业标准要求。

      The design on 445/45R19.5 ultra-low section wide base truck and bus radial tire was introduced.According to the resulsts of finite element simulation analysis,the structure design parameters were determined as follows:overall diameter 902 mm,cross-section width 436 mm,width of running surface 392 mm,arc height of running surface 13.8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 493.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 380 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.94,6 longitudinal grooves design for tread ,pattern depth 14 mm,block/total ratio 81.25%,and number of pattern pitches 52.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:composite tread design for wear resistance and low rolling resistance tread compound with low heat build-up base compound,3+9+15×0.20ST super high tenacity steel cord for carcass,3+8×0.33HT high tenacity steel cord for 1#,2# and 3# belt,5×0.35HI high impact resistance steel cord for 4# belt,using one stage three drum with capsule building machine to build tire and hydraulic full-automatic double-mold press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that,the inflated peripheral dimension and strength met the requirements of national standards,endurance and high speed performance met the design and enterprise standards.
