| 介绍120/90－26 6PR R2农业轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 952 mm，断面宽 122 mm，行驶面宽度 118 mm，行驶面弧度高 9 mm，胎圈着合直径 664 mm，胎圈着合宽度 102 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.47，胎面采用R2花纹，花纹深度 44.5 mm，花纹饱和度 16.9%，花纹周节数 18。施工设计：胎面采用冠侧一体结构，胎体采用2层高强度1670dtex/2聚酯帘布，采用半鼓式成型机、水胎成型、四立柱硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均达到相应的设计和标准要求。 |

| The design of 120/90－26 6PR R2 agricultural tire was introduced.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter?952 mm，cross-sectional width?122 mm，width of running surface 118 mm，arc height of running surface 9 mm，bead diameter at rim seat?664 mm，bead width at rim seat?102 mm，maximum width position of cross–section（H1/H2）? 0.47，the tread adopted R2 pattern，pattern depth?44.5 mm，block/total ratio?16.9%，and number of pattern pitches?18.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：using crown and sidewall integrated structure for tread，two layers high strength 1670dtex/2 polyester cord fabric for carcass，and using the semi-drum building machine，water tire to build tire and four column vulcanizing machine to cure tire.The test results of finished tire showed that，the inflated peripheral dimention and physical properties of the tire met the corresponding design and standard requirements. |
