| 采用气相色谱-质谱（GC-MS）联用仪和提取特征离子的方法对硫化胶中的防老剂进行定性和定量分析。使用高效液相色谱仪对防老剂RD中二聚体和三聚体含量进行测定；采用手动剪样的制样方法，通过超声提取硫化胶中的防老剂，防老剂RD和防老剂4020的提取率分别为73.3%和76.1%，防老剂定量标准曲线的线性关系良好，线性相关因数均大于0.999，防老剂RD和防老剂4020的定量测定相对标准偏差分别为0.58%和1.70%，方法重复性良好；使用已知样品对防老剂定性和定量方法进行验证，结果表明该方法可以进行硫化胶中防老剂的定性和定量分析。 |

| The antioxidant in vulcanizate was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS） combined instrument and the method of extracting characteristic ions.The content of dimer and trimer in antioxidant RD was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The antioxidant in vulcanizate was extracted by manual sample cutting method and ultrasonic.The extraction rates of antioxidant RD and antioxidant 4020 were 73.3% and 76.1% respectively.The linear relationship of antioxidant quantitative standard curve was good，and the linear correlation factors were greater than 0.999.The relative standard deviations of antioxidant RD and antioxidant 4020 were 0.58% and 1.70% respectively，and the method had good repeatability.The results of verifying the qualitative and quantitative methods of antioxidant with known samples showed that the method could be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of antioxidant in vulcanizate. |
