| 介绍12R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 078 mm，断面宽 290 mm，行驶面宽度 240 mm，行驶面弧度高 7.2 mm，胎圈着合直径 571 mm，胎圈着合宽度 240 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.972 7，采用混合花纹和不等节距设计，横向主沟深度 18 mm，花纹饱和度 74.9%。施工设计：胎面采用胎冠胶和基部胶复合压出形式，胎体采用3×0.24＋9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线，1#带束层采用4＋3×0.33ST钢丝帘线，2#和3#带束层采用3＋8×0.33HT钢丝帘线，4#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线，采用一次法成型机成型、氮气热板式硫化机硫化。成品试验结果表明，成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合设计和国家标准要求，高速性能符合设计和企业标准
要求。 |

| The design on 12R22.5 truck and bus radial tire was introduced. In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 078 mm，cross-sectional width 290 mm，width of running surface 240 mm，arc height of running surface 7.2 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 571 mm，bead width at rim seat 240 mm，maximum width position of cross-sectional（H1/H2） 0. 972 7，using mixed pattern and unequal pitch design，transverse main groove depth 18 mm，block/total ratio 74.9%.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：using the composite extrusion form of crown and base compound for tread，3×0.24＋9×0.225CCST steel cord for the carcass，4＋3×0.33ST steel cord for 1# belt，3＋8×0.33HT steel cord for 2# and 3# belt，5×0.30HI steel cord for 4# belt，using one-stage building machine to build tire，and hot plate curing press to cure tire.The test results of the finished tire showed that the inflated peripheral dimension，strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements of design and national standard，high-speed performance met the requirements of design and enterprise standards. |
