研究3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明:与3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线相比,3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线直径和线密度小,渗胶性能好,疲劳寿命长,弹性模量大,其他性能相当;以3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线用于全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体,成品轮胎强度、高速性能和耐久性能相当,满足轮胎使用要求,同时可减小轮胎质量,降低生产成本。 |

The application of 3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord in the carcass of truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that,compared with 3+9+15×0.175+0.15 steel cord,3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord had smaller diameter and linear density,better permeability,longer fatigue life,bigger elastic modulus,and other properties were equivalent.Using 3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord to replace 3+9+15×0.175+0.15 steel cord in the carcass of truck and bus radial tire,the strength,high-speed performance and durability of the finished tire were equivalent,and met the tire use requirements,while the weight of the tire and the production cost could be reduced. |
